  1. Great reporting guys. I find that timeline of events to be rather concerning. Maybe a power point showing those documented dates and activities may help residents comprehend this mess better. If there were any illegal actions taken by the manager, lawyer, or any sitting commissioner, we need to follow up, and hold them legally accountable. Also, what are you planning on calling this report once you decide to shave? Have a great weekend and thank you for your efforts.

  2. Having just watched your video, I have a quick comment: Krishan's hearing has not been set for the March 3 commission meeting. Per the Charter, his hearing must take place no fewer than 10 days from his request and no more than 15 days. That date range is Saturday, February 29 - March 5 (next Saturday through the following Thursday). Our monthly commission meeting does take place within that range (Tuesday, March 3), but a date/time for Krishan's hearing has not been determined yet. Just wanted to clarify that for your readers and viewers. I have asked the acting manager and attorney for clarification on who sets that hearing and how, but the Charter makes no provision for conducting it at a regularly scheduled commission meeting. I have my opinions on when the hearing should be conducted and using what procedures, but I can't state them publicly as the commission may be voting on either/both topics. Thanks to you and other bloggers and residents who shed light on goings-on.

  3. I thought the Village could select the Commission Meeting date which would save us from a special Commission Meeting expense. The way things have been going Krishan will probably request a different date. I hope whatever day his hearing is we'll have standing room only. The community, for or against Krishan, should see for themselves what Krishan has to say and what the Village's position is. If you want transparent, ethical government sometimes you have to show up and see for yourself what's going on.
